摘要
本文研究了辽宁绒山羊皮肤毛囊群结构、毛囊密度和S/P值随年龄增长的变化情况以及出生类型对毛囊性状的影响。结果表明,辽宁绒山羊皮肤毛囊群以三毛群为主,次级毛囊呈楔形群穿插在中心和外周初级毛囊中间;随着年龄的增长,毛囊密度逐渐下降;S/P值逐渐增大,在6月龄时达到最大值。单胎羊的次级毛囊密度明显低于双胎羊,S/P值和初级毛囊密度在出生类型间无明显差异。
The skin follicle group in goat mainly consisted of three primary follicles with a varying number of secondary follicles in wedge-shaped groups between central and lateral primaries. With increase of age follicle density decreased significantly and S/P increased with a maximum value at 6 months of age. Secondary follicle density of single was lower than twin significantly at 18 months of age, but there were no significant differences between single and twin at 6 and 18 months of age.
