摘要
目的建立桂枝的HPLC指纹图谱,为控制药材质量提供科学方法。方法以LunaC18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)为色谱柱,乙腈0.1%磷酸(28∶72)为流动相,检测波长285nm,流速1ml/min,柱温30℃。结果本研究测定了43个不同产地、不同采收季节的桂枝样品,其中共有峰的面积为10个,且方法学考察符合标准规定,采用系统聚类分析,将43个样品分为优质品、一般品和劣品。结论方法简便准确,可作为控制桂枝质量的有效依据。
Aim To study the HPLC fingerprints and establish a specific method to control the quality of Ramulus cinnamomi.Method The Luna C(18) column(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)was used,mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (28∶72).The flow rate was 1.0ml/min,and the detection wavelength was set at 285nm.Results 43 samples were devided into three grades the superior,the ordinary and the fake by nierarchical clustering analysis.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate and can be used as a quality control method for this herb.
