摘要
将图解原理与解析法有机地结合起来,给出了一种同时按行程速比系数K和许用传动角[γ]设计平面连杆机构的解析法。该方法可解决根据机构的结构条件预先确定曲柄、连杆或偏距三者长度尺寸之一,以及根据机构的传动质量要求预先确定许用传动角[γ]的设计问题。
A method to design the planar linkage mechanism according to the coefficient of travel speed variation K and the allowable drive angle[γ] was established based on a combination of diagrammatic method and analysis method. Using this method, based on the mechanism structure we can predetermine one of the length of crank, linkage and setover. We can also predetermine the allowable drive angle[γ]according to the drive quality.
