未破卵泡黄素化综合征的研究进展 被引量:30

摘要 未破卵泡黄素化综合征(LUFS)是无排卵性月经的一种特殊类型。其发病机制尚不完全清楚,目前多认为LUFS与围排卵期黄体生成激素(LH)峰减弱及月经中期孕激素分泌的不足、卵巢局部的血流动力学变化及卵泡周围的甾体激素和细胞因子变化有关;其临床表现酷似正常排卵周期,只有排卵期过后,B超观察未见卵泡排出才可确诊,尚无有效的方法预防预测其发生;对于因卵泡未破裂而不孕的患者,多采用助孕技术治疗。
