摘要
研究了加热法以及加聚丙烯酸(AA)-烯丙基磺酸钠(SAS)控制海水淡化生产中硫酸钙结垢。结果表明,海水加热温度大于110℃时,可使海水中硫酸钙在预处理工序中提前快速析出。97.5℃时,加CaSO4·2H2O晶种可加速硫酸钙析出,硫酸钙过饱和度消除速率是加CaSO4·0.5H2O晶种的25倍,加CaCO3晶种则不起作用。温度70℃,加聚AA-SAS40mgL时,硫酸钙结垢速率显著下降,不超过1.2mma,因此加聚AA-SAS可有效控制硫酸钙结垢。
This work studied on controlling calcium sulfate scale in the process of sea water desalination with thermal method and by adding acrylic acid(AA)-sodium allylsulfonate(SAS) copolymer. The results show that when the heating temperature of sea is higher than 110℃, it is possible to make calcium sulfate precipitate from sea water in the process of pretreatment rapidly. At a temperature of 97.5℃,the precipitation of calcium sulfate can be accelerated by introducing CaSO_42H_2O crystal seed into solution, the rate of supersaturation removal of calcium sulfate is nearly 25 times as high as that used CaSO_40.5H_2O as seed, adding CaCO_3 seed can not accelerate precipitation. At a temperature of 70℃,the concentration of AA-SAS is about 40mg l, the rate of calcium sulfate scaling decreased greatly and it is not exceed 1.2mm a so adding AA-SAS copolymer can control calcium sulfate scaling effectively.
