摘要
采用反复柱色谱方法进行分离,通过理化性质和波谱分析鉴定结构.从土贝母 Bolbostemma paniculatum 中分离并鉴定了8个化合物,分别为:麦芽酚 、大黄素 、Δ7,2 2 ,2 5-豆甾三烯- 3-醇 、Δ7,2 2 ,2 5-豆甾三烯醇- 3-O- β- D-吡喃葡萄糖苷 、α-羟基丙酮葡萄糖苷 、β- D-葡萄糖2→1β- D-葡萄糖苷 、胡萝卜苷 、正三十一烷 .化合物 ~ 为首次从该属中分离得到.
Chemical constituents of Bolbostemma paniculatum were separated by repeated silica gel column chromatography,and then their structures were analyzed and identified according to their physical and chemical properties and by spectral analysis.Eight chemical compounds were isolated from Bolbostemma paniculatum bulbs and identified as follows:maltol(Ⅰ), emodin(Ⅱ),Δ 7,22,25 -triene-3-ol (Ⅲ),Δ- 7,22,25 -triene-3-β-D-glucoside(Ⅳ),α-hydroxyacetone-glucoside (Ⅴ),β-D-glucose 2→1β-D-glucoside (Ⅵ), daucosterol( Ⅶ),and hentriacontane( Ⅷ).α-hydroxyacetone-glucoside ( Ⅴ) and hentriacontane ( Ⅷ) were first obtained from this genus.
