摘要
目的:观察国产头孢呋辛针 片序贯治疗下呼吸道感染的疗效和安全性。方法:将90例下呼吸道感染患者随机分为国产头孢呋辛针片组4 5例(A组)和西力欣针 片组4 5例(B组)。两组均先以针剂1 5g静脉注射,每日2次,维持3天,继以片剂0 . 5g口服,每日2次,维持6天～8天。比较两组临床疗效、细菌学改变、不良反应和抗菌药物费用。结果:A、B两组临床有效率分别为93 33%和95. 85 %,痊愈率分别为5 7. 77%和5 5 . 5. 5 %;细菌清除率分别为91 . 97%和91 . 6 %,无显著性差异(P >0 . 0 5 ) ,人均抗生素费用A、B组分别为(383 .6 0±1 2 . 30 )元和(74 0 . 2 4±1 6 . 1 4 )元,差异非常明显。结论:国产头孢呋辛针片序贯治疗下呼吸道感染安全、有效、治疗费用低,可取代同类进口药物。
OBJECTIVE:To observe on the efficacy and safety of the sequential therapy of domestic cefuroxime injection and tablet for infection of lower respitatory tract.METHODS:90 cases patients with infection of lower respitatory tract were randomly devided into 2 groups: cefuroxime injection and tablet group(group A)and zinacef group(group B).They both were treated with intravenous injections,1.5g,iv, bid,lasted 3 days,then took tablets 0.5g,po,bid,lasted 6～8days.And made a comparison on the clinical efficacy,germ-clearance,adverse reaction and the cost of these antibiotics. RESULTS:The clinical effective rate of group A and group B was respectively 93.33% and 95.85%,the healing rates was respectively 57.77% and 55.55%, the germ-clearance was respectively 91.97% and 91.6%,there is no significant difference between 2 groups(P>0.05),the average cost of these antibiotics for each case of group A and group B was respectively (383.60±12.30) rmb yuan and(740.24±16.14)rmb yuan, there is a significant difference between 2 groups.CONCLUSION: The sequential therapy of domestic cefuroxime injection and tablet for infection of lower respitatory tract is secure,effective;and the cost is lower;it can be used to replace the the same kind imported drugs.
