摘要
首先阐述了市民社会理论及其现实意义,在分析我国小城镇规划编制过程中一些突出问题及其原因之后,对我国城市规划公众参与研究现状进行了简要述评,最后,在我国市民社会发育的语境下,从公众参与的角度,寻找问题的解决途径。
This paper introduces the theory of civil society and analyzes some problems and their causes in the town planning. By reviewing the situa- tions of public participation in urban planning, it puts forward approaches from the perspective of public participation under the background of a shaping civil society.
