摘要
采用对碘苯酚增强的Luminol-H2O2-HRP化学发光反应体系作为免疫分析的最终检测方法,建立了一种新的乙型肝炎表面抗原的化学发光酶免疫分析方法(CLEIA)。通过对2.0×10-10g/mLHRP连续11次测定的相对标准偏差为3.5%,用该方法对人体血清中的乙型肝炎表面抗原进行了测定,其结果与ELISA法所得结果一致。
A new chemiluminescence enzyme immunoassay method is established, in which the para-iodophenol enhanced chemiluminescence reaction system of Luminol-H2O2-HRP(Horseradish Peroxidase) is adopted for the end-point monitoring of immunoassay for HBsAg. The detection limit of free HRP is 1. 6 ×10-11 g/mL, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) for 2. 0 ×10-10 g/mL of free HRP is 3. 5% (11 saaays). This method has been used for assaying HBsAg in human serum and the results is comparable with that of ELISA.
