摘要
在上海市农畜产品质量（污染物残留）调查及评价的基础上，根据简单随机采样和分层随机采样两种方法的检测结果，对农畜产品污染产量进行估算，并得出上海市农畜产品由于污染而造成的经济损失。
After investigating and evaluating the sanitary quality (contaminant residue)of farm and animal products in Shanghai,we estimated the output of contaminated farm and animal products by simple random sampling and stratified random sampling methods.Then we obtained the values of economic loss resulted from the contamination of farm and animal products in Shanghai.
