桩-核-冠烤瓷修复残根残冠 被引量:2

Restoration of residue crown and residue root using post-and-core PFM crowns

摘要 目的总结螺纹根管钉、光固化树脂核、金属烤瓷全冠修复残根残冠的临床经验。方法87例残根残冠经过完善的根管治疗后,用螺纹根管钉、光固化树脂核、金属烤瓷全冠进行修复。结果经过1~5年的临床观察,79例修复病例成功,成功率91%,失败8例,失败率9%。结论桩-核-冠烤瓷修复残根残冠是1种简便易行、效果良好的修复方法。 AimTo evaluate the clinical effect of the restoration using prefabricated screw post,light-cured composite resin core and porcelain-fused-to-metal crown for residue crown and residue root.Methods87 cases were treated with routine post-and-core PFM crowns after root canal therapy respectively.Results79 cases were successful (91%),while 8 cases failed (9%) by follow-up from 1 to 5 years. ConclusionPost-and-core PFM crown is a simple convenient and effective way for restoring residue crown and residue root.
