摘要
目的为了解广州市东山区计划免疫服务现状及计免队伍素质,为建设一支高素质、适应免疫服务现状的计免队伍提供参考依据。方法对2003年该区计划免疫队伍进行调查分析。结果该区常住人口628309人,计免工作人员92名,其中专职人员59名,兼职人员33人。计划免疫工作人员存在学历和职称偏低、年龄偏大等情况。结论该区计划免疫人员基本能够满足工作需要,但在数量和素质方面与《规范化门诊建设》要求还存在一定的差距。
Objective To reveal the quality of staff engaged in the work of expanded program of immunization in Dongshan District of Guangzhou city and to provide references for establishing a high quality team.Method The quality of the staff was invesdgated according to professional dtles, age, educational background, and length of service. Result The results indicated that the quality of the staff was a little lower than that was demanded in educational background, professional dtles and age. Conclusions The quantity and quality of the team were basically satisfied for the need of the job. However, there were still some disparity between the present status and the demands of 'Golden Standards of Out-padent Clinic'.
