金黄色葡萄球菌所致疖病自身菌苗的制备及应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨金黄色葡萄球菌灭活菌的制备,评价自身菌苗的疗效。方法分别从43例疖病患者脓液标本中分离金黄色葡萄球菌,经培养杀菌等制备成灭活的自身菌苗,进行皮下注射。结果经2个疗程的治疗,治愈38例(88.37%),好转3例(6.97%),无效2例(4.66%)。结论用金黄色葡萄球菌自身菌苗进行疖病的治疗,是一种较为有效的方法。 Objective To discuss the preparation of the in activated autovaccine vaccine of staphylococcus.aureas and evaluate the effiency of this vaccine.Methods The staphylococcus aureas was separated from pus samples in 43 furunculosis;The inactived autovaccine was preparated by cultivating and sterilizing methonds,and this autovacccine was used by subcutaneoudly.Results Among of 43 patients with furunculosis,38 cases (88.37%) are cured,3 cases(6.97%) are improved and 2 cases(4.6%) failed,after two courses of treatment.Conclusion The application of autogenous vaccine of Staphyloccus is an effective menthod in treating furunculosis.
