摘要
通过多种改性途径，制备了几种不同的甲壳质的衍生物：壳聚糖、Ｎ，Ｏ－羧甲基壳聚糖、羟乙基乙基醚壳聚糖。结果表明各种壳聚糖衍生物制备的影响因素、最佳反应参数是：由甲壳质制备壳聚糖较好的反应温度为１２０～１３０℃，反应时间为３或４小时，游离氨基在８０％以上；由壳聚糖制备Ｎ，Ｏ－羧甲基壳聚糖的最佳反应温度为６５～７０℃，时间３小时；壳聚糖羟乙基反应的最佳条件是：以异丙醇为介质，在７０℃下反应２次，每次２小时，以减压进行钠壳质化反应。
Some Chitm detivatives including Chitosan,N,O-Carboxymethyl-Chitosan and hydroxyethylethoxy-Chitosan were prepared.Factors affecting the preparation of Chitosan-derivativeswere studied. Optimum reaction conditions,resulting in good water-soluble chitosan werefound.
