摘要
通过多种改性途径,制备了几种不同的甲壳质的衍生物:壳聚糖、N,O-羧甲基壳聚糖、羟乙基乙基醚壳聚糖。结果表明各种壳聚糖衍生物制备的影响因素、最佳反应参数是:由甲壳质制备壳聚糖较好的反应温度为120~130℃,反应时间为3或4小时,游离氨基在80%以上;由壳聚糖制备N,O-羧甲基壳聚糖的最佳反应温度为65~70℃,时间3小时;壳聚糖羟乙基反应的最佳条件是:以异丙醇为介质,在70℃下反应2次,每次2小时,以减压进行钠壳质化反应。
Some Chitm detivatives including Chitosan,N,O-Carboxymethyl-Chitosan and hydroxyethylethoxy-Chitosan were prepared.Factors affecting the preparation of Chitosan-derivativeswere studied. Optimum reaction conditions,resulting in good water-soluble chitosan werefound.
