摘要
采用自编中小学体育教师职业压力源问卷对282名中小学体育教师进行调查,研究表明,现阶段中小学体育教师面临较大压力;中小学体育教师职业压力源主要来源于学生、家长、工作、考试以及职业需要等5个方面,并存在年龄、学校类别以及年级差异。
Nowadays the primary and secondary school PE teachers are confronted with pretty heavy occupational stress. By adapting the self - complied The Stressor of Middle and Primary School PE Teacher Questionnaire, this research investigated 282 middle and primary PE teachers. The result shows that the middle and primary PE teachers are facing a rather high pressure, and there is much variation among different ages and grades. The main occupational stressors of the middle and primary PE teachers are from the students, the parents, the exams and the need of the their career etc. There is also much variation among the different ages, the school classifications and grades.
