摘要
用微波消解技术对样品进行消解,用火焰原子吸收法测定了浙江桐乡桑叶茶中8种矿物元素的含量,结果表明,桑叶茶中的矿物元素含量较高,其中含量最高的是K、Ca、Mg,比茶叶高出3 ~ 6倍,且其比例有利于人体吸收,有较高的营养保健价值,适合各类人群饮用.
Determination of eight mineral compositions in the mulberry tea in Tongxiang, Zhejiang province by way of AAS resulted that they were higher compared with that in other tea, among which the content of K, Ca, and Mg the highest, 3 ~ 6 times higher than that in tea. Analysis demonstrated that it was suitable for different people with high nutritive value.
