摘要
为了考察内置自转清洗塑料螺旋纽带的除垢、防垢和清洗效果,以生产现场工业循环水换热器为研究对象,在相同条件下,对有、无自转清洗纽带的换热器污垢粘附速率和管壁腐蚀速率做了应用性对比试验研究。研究表明:自转清洗纽带的防垢、除垢、清洗效果显著,内置纽带管换热器与普通光管换热器相比,污垢粘附速率平均下降46%;塑料纽带对管壁的额外磨损微乎其微,可免除金属纽带对管壁的磨损问题。这些研究结果为自转纽带的推广应用提供了参考依据。
In order to investigate the effect of fouling prevention and cleaning of self-rotating cleaning twisted tape in a heat exchanger, a contrast test between the heat exchangers with and without self-rotating twisted tape was made at the same condition. The investigation of the fouling sticking velocity and tube wall corrosion rate shows that, the self-rotating cleaning twisted tape has good fouling removal effect, and the sticking velocity of the fouling in the heat exchanger with twisted tape decreases 46% averagely compared with that in the smooth tube heat exchanger. Plastic twisted tape produces slight wear on the tube wall, therefore is preferable than the metal twisted tape. These investigation results provide experimental support for the industry application and wide use of the self-rotating cleaning plastic twisted tape in heat exchangers.
