摘要
网络环境下探索如何极大满足读者的文献信息需求,提高图书馆的服务质量,提供良好的服务环境是图书馆工作“读者第一”的主要体现。
Under the networked circumstances, a search for ways to greatly meet the needs of the reader for information, to improve the service quality of the library and to provide a good service environment are the essential representations of “Readers First” in library work.
