摘要
选取旱稻苗期10个抗旱指标:反复干旱幼苗存活率、株高、叶片萎蔫度、叶片抗衰度及根部性状等,采用抗旱总级别法,确定品种抗旱性强弱的次序为N422s/R8272>郑旱6号>旱稻110>巴西陆稻>旱稻277>旱稻8号>郑旱7号>辽优3072>郑州早粳,这与生产实际情况相符,说明用抗旱总级别法对旱稻的抗旱性进行评价是科学的。分析了各指标与抗旱性的相关性,筛选出旱稻苗期抗旱性鉴定评价指标有反复干旱幼苗存活率、叶片萎蔫度、根长、根干重、根冠比、根基粗等,参考指标有生物量和干旱后新生根数。
indices, including seedling livability under repeated drought, plant height, lamina withering degree, lamina caducity resistance degree and root properties, were chosen to evaluate the drought-resistance of dry-land rice in seedling stage. Using the method of comprehensive drought-resistance classification, the tested varieties were ranked as: N422s/R8272>Zhenhan6>Handao110>IPAR>Handao277>Handao8>Zhenhan7>Liaoyou3072>Zhengzhouzaojing. The results showed that the method of comprehensive drought-resistance classification was coincident well to actual situation. By analyzing the relationship between drought-resistance and various indices, it was indicated that the seedling livability, lamina withering degree, root length, root dry weight, root/shoot ratio and rootstalk size could be adopted as the drought-resistance evaluation indices of dry-land rice in seedling stage, while the biomass weight and neonatal roots after drought stress could be used as reference indices.
