摘要
为了解我省高、中医药院校卫生人力的培养现状和卫生机构对人才的需求状况,分析卫生人力培养和需求之间存在的问题和矛盾,提出合理化建议,以缓解供求矛盾。普查了全省23所高、中等医药院校,分层抽样我省3个市、9个县(区),调查我省卫生人力供求状况。结果显示:2000～2005年我省毕业生数量明显增加,毕业生总体学历有所提高,三级卫生机构对卫生人力的需求有较大差异。由此可见,总体上我省卫生人力专业分布逐步趋向合理,学历层次也有所提高。全省每年对卫生人力的需求稳步上升,幅度有限,但由于培养数量增长过快,总体上将进一步呈现供过于求的局面,预计今后几年应届毕业生的就业率将有一定幅度的下降。
Based on learning the situation of training of health manpower in higher and middle medical universities and colleges in Zhejiang province, to analyze the problems and contravention existing in relationship of demand and supply, and to put forward rational suggestions to alleviate contravention between demand and supply. We conducted census to all 23 higher and middle medical universities and colleges in Zhejiang province and surveyed 3 cities and 9 counties or districts with stratified sampling method to investigate the situation of demand and supply. The results showed that from 2000 to 2005, the total number of graduate is increasing obviously; the diploma is improved commonly; and there is great difference for demands of health institutions at three levels on health manpower. Hence, as a whole, the distribution of majors of health manpower gradually tends to be rational and diploma also is improved. The demand on health manpower steadily increases annually. However, the extent of increase is limited. For the number of training of medical students is increasing fast, it will generally show the situation of supply exceeding demand further more. It is predicted that the employment rate for this year's graduates will decrease to some degree in next several years.
