摘要
大众化时期各国高等教育的一个普遍现象就是中介组织的繁荣。高等教育中介组织类型多样,所起的作用主要有缓冲压力、行业协调和管理、利益申诉和行业维权、研究咨询等。当前我国已进入大众化高等教育阶段,亟待建立和发展三种类型的中介组织:高教—政府中介组织、高教—市场中介组织和高教行业中介组织。
The prosperity of intermediary organizations seems to be common in mass higher education all over the world.Various types of these intermediary organiz ations generally have functions in relieving pressure,enhancing trade co-ordinat ion and management,expressing and defending trade interest, doing researches and offering consultation, etc. At present, Chinese higher education has stepped in to the phase of mass,and now it is urgent to develop 3 kinds of intermediary org anizations according to their different intermediates: School-and-Government int ermediary organization, Higher education-and-Market intermediary organization an d the intermediary organization run by the higher education trade.
