摘要
实施政府主导型旅游发展战略是我国旅游发展的必然选择。但面对迅速发展的世界旅游市场和我国加入WTO之后的机遇和挑战,政府的主导行为日益显出其弊端。文章分析了政府主导型战略的产生以及在我国产生的必然性,对实施政府主导型旅游战略存在的问题进行了分析,并合理界定了政府在现代旅游产业发展中的角色。
The government gominant-strategy is the inevitable choice of developing tourism in China.While facing rapid devdopment of the world tourist market and opportunities and challenges after China’s accession to the WTO,the government's leading behavior shows its drawback day by day.The article analysed the formulation of government’s leading strategy and its certainty in China,as well as the problems existing in implementing such a strategy.Then it defind the rational role of the government in the modern travel industry development.
