摘要
研制了一种测量波长范围在1~20μm的宽波段光栅扫描光谱辐射计。以WDG30光栅单色仪为核心元件,包括光学取样系统、光电探测系统、单色仪自动波长扫描系统、高集成度的数据采集系统。采用数字锁相技术从噪声中提取有效信号,以减小测量误差。使用黑体炉标定仪器并考虑仪器内部杂散辐射随温度变化对测量结果的影响,提出通过水浴方法进行相应修正。该仪器可用于对多种辐射源的光谱分布测量和各种红外目标的光学特性研究。
A broadband infrared grating scan spectral radiometer, whose measurement range is 1~20 μm, has been developed. It is taking WDG30 grating monochrometer as key element, includes optical sampling system and photoelectric detection system, system of automatic scanning wavelength of the monochrometer, data processing system with high integrated level. The digital lock-in technique is used to rather extract the effective signal from the noise and reduce the measurement error. The blackbody cavity as a reference source calibrates the system. The design considered the influence of the change of instrument internal stray radiation with the temperature on the measurement result and presented corresponding correction method by water bath. This instrument can be used in the spectrum distribution measurement for various radiation sources and the optical property study of various infrared targets.
