摘要
综述了天然产物紫草素的全合成研究进展,分析了紫草素的合成路线,讨论了各合成方法的优缺点.
In the paper, the recent advances in the total synthesis of a natural product, shikonin, are reviewed. The key reaction of each synthetic route has been analyzed. Both applications and limitations of the approaches are discussed.
