摘要
针对塔河田上部沉积岩地层具有欠压实、胶结差、可钻性好、弱膨胀、强分散的特点,分析了使用聚合物钻井液在该井段易发生起下钻遇阻或粘卡事故的原因。认为:在目前尚无更适合该地区新型钻井液体系的情况下,只要很好的实现固相控制,充分发挥聚合物钻井液的包被抑制性,保证钻井液具有良好的流变性、携砂性和滤失造壁性,也能较好地满足井下要求,降低阻卡程度,减少井内事故。
Based on the features of under-compaction, bad cementing, good drillability, weak expansion and compelent dispensing of upper sedimentary rock layer in Tahe Oil Field, analyzes the drilling faults caused by polymerized substance driven well fluid. Implementing good solid phase control, giving full play to peridium inhibitability of polymerized substance driven well fluid, keeping good rheologicability, sand carrying ability are considered to satisfy the requirement under well, reduce drilling resisting extent and fault under well.
