沐舒坦治疗呼吸系统疾病的疗效观察 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨沐舒坦在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期肺炎等呼吸系统疾病中的治疗作用。方法150例呼吸系统疾病患者随机分为治疗组(78例)和对照组(72例),两组患者均根据临床表现、病情等合理使用抗生素、吸氧、吸痰等对症处理,治疗组在此基础上加用沐舒坦针剂,观察咳嗽、咳痰、肺部口罗音的改善情况。结果治疗组有效率为97.4%,对照组有效率为75%,治疗组有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论沐舒坦使用方便,治疗伴排痰不畅的呼吸系统疾病疗效确切、安全性高,值得临床推广使用。
