摘要
谷氨酰胺是一种特殊的营养物质,具有一定的免疫调节作用,近年来已广泛应用于临床。细胞因子是由细胞分泌的具有多种生物活性的小分子物质,在免疫应答中表现出重要功能。本文综述了谷氨酰胺强化的肠内外营养与血浆细胞因子水平的关系。
Glutamine is a special nutrient with immunomodulatory effects and has been widely applied in clinic in recent years. Cytokines are small molecules with multiple biologic activities and play an important role in immune response. In this article, we review literatures on relationship between glutamine supplementation and level of cytokine in plasma.
