摘要
针对火电机组一次风机节能损耗,变频调速运行中出现的问题,对一次风机变频调速RB功能实现的难点进行了分析和必要的完善。指出改造和整治一次风机及其系统设备和完善自动控制逻辑是实现RB功能的重要措施。
At present,transduced primary fan was used widely in fossil-fuel power plant for energy saving.Difficulty of runback function'srealization was analysed and solution was put forward in this paper.And through some successful runback experiments in many coal burning power plant,this article brought forward controlling logic's optimization way of distributed control system (DCS)and important alteration measures for primary fan and its system.
