摘要
日本课程博士研究生教育的规模,一直低于美、英、德、法等发达国家的水平。然而, 自20世纪70年代中期以来却出现了令人奇怪的博士过剩现象。而且,这一现象经日本“第三次教育改革”和“研究生院重点化试点”等改革措施,亦未见明显成效,现在它已成为困扰日本课程博士研究生教育发展的跨世纪问题。本文通过对日本博士过剩现象的考察,分析其产生的原因, 以期为我国的博士生教育健康发展提供借鉴。
The size of doctoral education of Japanese course has always been smaller then that of the developed countries such as America, British, Germany and France. However, it is surprising that Over Doctor Phenomenon has appeared since the 1970s and it has not improved noticeably after The Third Education Reform and Priority Experimental Unit of Graduate School reform. It has become a cross - century problem puzzling the development of doctoral education of Japanese course. This paper probes into the 'Over Doctor phenomenon and analyzes its causes in order to provide some revelation for the sound development of Chinese doctoral education.
