摘要
给小鼠连续灌服刺人参水醇提取液,每次0.5ml/20g(相当原生药0.1g),呈现明显的抗疲劳作用:可延长实验小鼠持续游泳时间80.22%;延长“虚症”小鼠游泳时间77.68%;提高小鼠常压耐缺氧能力64.35%;耐低温能力延长80.63%;并可纠正因糖代谢率乱所致的小鼠亚急性衰老病理模型的衰老指征。刺人参与人参对照品具有相似的强壮作用与抗衰老的生理活性。

oral instillation of water and alcohol extracts ofoplopanax elatus,0.5ml/20g for each
instillation(equivalent to 0.1g raw material).It could prolong the continuous swim-ming time of
experimental mice to a value of 80.22%longer than that of the control, prolong the swimming
time of mice with“deficiency syndrome”to a value of 77.68%, raise the ability of mice to
tolerate anoxia in normal atmospheric pressure by64.35%,and prolog the ability to tolerate low
temperature by 80.63%,and also, it could correct the senility indexes in suba-cute senility
pathological model of mice caused by disturbances in carbohydrate metabolism. oplopanax
elatus posesses similarstrengthening effects and physiological activities of anti-senility
compared with ginseng.
