摘要
从8种蕨类植物中提取多糖,采用苯酚硫酸法测定多糖的含量,并采用纸片扩散法研究多糖对8种细菌和真菌的抑制效果.结果表明,8种蕨类中多糖的含量差异较大,蕨类多糖的抑菌效果良好,浓度为500g/L时的抑菌圈直径在15~48mm间,蕨类多糖的最小抑菌浓度在5~15g/L范围.
<Abstrcat>The polysaccharides of 8 species of pteridophytes were extracted and their contents were tested by phenol-sulfuric acid method. The inhibitory effects of polysaccharide extracts against 8 species of microoganisms were studied by means of disk agar diffusion method. The results showed that there were great differences on the contents of polysaccharides of 8 species of pteridophytes and polysaccharide extracts exhibited obvious inhibitory effects against bacteria and fungi tested . The diameter of inhibition zone was 15~48 mm when the concentration of polysaccharides was at 500 g/L The minimun inhibitory concentration (MIC) of polysaccharides of pteridophytes was at the range of 5~15 g/L.
