摘要
针对传统的光纤微弯传感器在智能结构上分布测量的不足,提出了一种新型的光纤微弯传感器的结构,实验研究结果表明:这种传感器具有较高的灵敏度,重复性好,迟滞小.特别是可根据不同的智能结构的监测要求,通过调节其结构参数、构成不同灵敏度,动态范围的传感器系列,能够较好地适用于结构的整体与分布的测量.
To make up the shortage of traditional optical fiber micro-bend sensor in the distribution detecting of actual smart structures, a novel micro bend sensor structure is developed. Experiments manifest that it has good sensitivity, repeatability and little hysteresis. In addition, to meet the monitoring demands of smart structure in different conditions, this sensor structure can present a series of sensors with different sensitivity, dynamic range by altering some structural parameters, and thus is suitable for integral and distributed measurement of structures.
