摘要
文章通过对某省4个县的县乡医疗机构中的工作人员进行调查,了解其评价医院非技术因素方面的观点和态度,为从非技术因素方面提高医疗服务质量提供解决思路;并通过研究找出在现阶段以及现有条件下可控制的主要干预点及可行的干预措施,为改善医患关系、提高医院的医疗服务质量、增加医院的社会和经济效益提供理论借鉴。
Through surveying the county township medical staff of 4 counties in some province,understand the medical staff's view about the non- technological factors in the medical service quality, offer solving ideas to improve the medical service quality, find out the controllable main intervention clicking and feasible intervening measure under the present stage and existing conditions, offer the theory reference to improve the relationship between doctors and patients ,to improve the medical service quality and to increase the society and economic benefits of hospital.
