摘要
目的:研究瘤果黑种草子的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从瘤果黑种草子中分离鉴定了9个化合物,分别为黑种草三糖(Ⅰ)、常春藤皂苷元3-O-α-L-鼠李糖基-(1→2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖苷(Ⅱ)、常春藤皂苷元3-O-β-吡喃木糖基-(1→3)-α-L-鼠李糖基-(1→2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖苷(Ⅲ)、蔗糖(Ⅳ)、硬脂酸(Ⅴ)、十六烷酸甘油酯(Ⅵ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅶ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅷ)、对羟基苯甲酸(Ⅸ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅷ,Ⅸ首次从该植物中发现,其中化合物Ⅰ为新化合物。
Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents in the seeds of Nigella glandulifera Method: The chemical constituents were isolated and repeatedly purified on silica gel column. They were identified and structurally elucidated by means of physio-chemical constants and spectral analysis. Result: Nine compounds were identified as nigellamose (Ⅰ), α-hederin (Ⅱ), 3-O-[β-D--xylopyranosyl-(1→3)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-( 1→2)-α-L-arabinpyranosyl]-hederagenin (Ⅲ), sucrose (Ⅳ), stearic acid (Ⅴ), 1-O-hexadecanolenin (Ⅵ) , β-sitosterol (Ⅶ), daucosterol (Ⅷ) and p-hydroxybenzoic acid (Ⅸ) . Condusion Ⅰ ,Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅵ, Ⅷ and 666666 were obtained from the plant for the first time, and I is a new compound.
