中国民营企业家的政治战略 被引量：385

摘要 所有企业都需要采取合适的政治战略去应对所处的外部环境,从而为企业发展赢得优势。本文利用作者在温州和苏南的实地调查以及在教学和科研中积累的材料探讨了中国民营企业家的政治战略。文章首先分析了在中国目前转型经济的情况下政府环境和民营企业政治战略的重要性,然后根据实地资料概括总结了企业家采取的两种不同的战略:先发制人的战略和被动反应的战略。导致两种不同战略的主要原因是企业(家)面临的资源和能力约束:地方文化氛围、企业规模和企业家个人特点。由于这些因素难以模仿和复制,不同的政治战略通过影响企业成本、收益和合法性从而影响到企业的竞争优势。文章在最后给出了对管理的启示。
