摘要
应用数据库设计理论对射线检测过程中采集到的各项数据进行分析,采用关系型数据模型及相关的数据库软件设计并实现射线检测数据库管理系统,同时,针对图形文件的特点,对数据的完整性和数据库的访问效率进行了分析。结果表明,应用计算机数据库系统进行射线检测数据管理,可实现对射线检测结果的高效查询和检索,对焊接结构质量进行统计分析,对数据库中大量底片进行自动评片。对于提高射线底片的使用效率,改进工厂的质量管理水平和质量保证体系,实现焊接结构质量数据的可追溯性和焊接质量数据挖掘都具有十分重要的实际意义。
Based on the database theory, a database managing system for radiographic examination was analyzed, designed and programmed using relationship data model database software. Moreover the integrity and the efficient storage of image in database system were analyzed. Result showed that radiographic examination database managing system was necessary for factory to improve the efficiency of radiographic examination results, enhance managing system and quality managing system as well as realize welding quality tracing.
