坏疽性脓皮病的治疗进展 被引量：9

摘要 坏疽性脓皮病的局部治疗包括糖皮质激素以及环孢素、他克莫司、氮芥等免疫抑制剂,对早期及轻型病例有效,也可以作为重型患者的辅助治疗。系统治疗首选糖皮质激素,一般疗效较快;免疫抑制剂可配合糖皮质激素应用,也有单独应用者,常用药物有硫唑嘌呤、环磷酰胺、环孢素、苯丁酸氮芥、他克莫司、霉酚酸酯、秋水仙碱等。还可以应用免疫球蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子α拮抗剂、粒细胞单核细胞祛除法、血小板源生长因子以及血浆置换等方法。
