摘要
在现代图书馆管理工作中,应体现以人为本的新理念,以人为本应包含图书馆内部管理中的以馆员为本和图书馆服务中的以读者为本双重含义。
The management and work of the modern library should externalize the new people-based conception, and the people-based conception should include double meanings: one is the librarian-based conception in library's internal management, and the other is the reader-based conception in library's service.
