摘要
将4种植物多糖分别于S_(180)细胞膜,[r- ̄(32)P]ATp一同温育,抽提并分离肌醇磷脂进行放射自显影和液闪计数。实验结果表明茯苓多糖(PPS),刺五加多糖(ASPS)具有抑制磷脂酰肌醇(PI)转换作用,而银耳多糖(TF)、香菇多糖(LEN)无抑制作用。
Mica sarcoma S_(180) cell membranes, [r- ̄(32) P] ATP and plant polysaccharides (PPS, ASPS. TF andlentinan)were incubated together for 5 min at 30℃. Phosphatidylinositides were isolated and subjected to cintillationfluid counting. The results showed that PPS and ASPS, especially the latter, could inbibit the phosphatidyinostolturnover obviously ,while TF and lentinan had no such effect.
