摘要
以Ｂ超观察了２５种临床常用消炎利胆中药在患者整体机能状态下对胆囊运动功能的影响。其结果为：收缩型中药有１５种，舒张型中药４种。收缩舒张型中药６种。此结果为胆石症的临床用药提供了可靠的患者整体状态下的实验依据。
Twenty-five kinds of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) , which are often used in clinic to curecholelithiasis, were studied for their actions on gallbladder movement in cholelithiasis patients by using a type B super-sonic diagnostic set. The results show that among these 25 kinds 15 were of contracting type, 4 were of diastolingtype and 6 were of contracting and diastoling type , thus providing useful experimental criteria for the clinical applica-tion of these TCM in cholelithiasis patients.
