摘要
对１９９２年～１９９３年内３０６例膝关节Ｘ片及病史资料进行量化分析，发现膝关节退变程度和范围随年龄增大而加重，胫骨平台，股骨髁骨质增生，髁间隆突变尖，关节间隙狭窄是中年以后常见的退变现象，常出现外侧髁间隆突高度大于内侧。为了准确地表示膝关节半月板退变的程度，设计并应用了关节间隙高度指数表示法，以便对不同个体和年龄组进行比较。通过对关节间隙高度、胫股横向移位等１０个参数的测量，提出了膝关节退变程度及退变性骨关节病放射及临床诊断标准。
Three hundred and six cases of knee joint degeneration were reviewed in the period 1992～1993.The degenerative changes were progressive with the patient's age after their thirties.The formation of tibia plateau and femoral condyle osteophyte,joint space narrowing and protuberance tapering were most commonly seen in this this series.The height of lateral protuberance is usually higher than medial.The authors had designed the index of the joint space to measure the height of the joint space,so as to avoid the observational errors due to individual variations.According to observation of tibiofemoral degeneration and the measure of height of the joint space,protuberance and so on,the radiological criteria of the degeneration and diagnosis standard of the degeneration osteoarthrosis knee joint were determined.
