摘要
在界定非智力因素的基础上,分别就非智力因素中的动机、兴趣、情感、意志、性格等在足球教学中的作用,以及足球教学实践中如何对以上非智力因素加以利用等作了详细的分析。指出足球教学中重视学生非智力因素的培养,是完成教学任务,提高教学质量的重要手段。教师应根据足球运动及足球教学的特征,重视对学生学习动机、兴趣、情感及学生的个性和意志等方面的非智力因素的培养,帮助他们建立良好的心理系统,为教学服务。
It is a very important to play high value on the none-intelligent factors'cultivation in college football teaching to improve teaching quality as well as finish teaching tasks through long -term teaching practice.We teachers should emphasize the none-intelligent factors' cultivation among students such as the motivation,interest,emotion,personality as well as volition etc.according to the characters of football sport and football teaching,which is used to help them establish the nice psychological system to serve for teaching.
