摘要
利用0—3型PZT/P(VDF-TFE)压电复合材料设计制作了切向极化圆柱形水听器,并对水听器的灵敏度进行了理论分析,通过对样机的测试,灵敏度与理论计算值接近。理论研究和实验结果表明,使用0—3型压电复合材料可以研制出高灵敏度[–190.2dB(ref.1V/μPa)],的切向极化圆柱形水听器,而且制作工艺简单。
A shear-polarized hydrophone was fabricated by using 0—3PZT/P(VDF-TFE) piezocomposite. According to the theoretical analysis, the theoretical sensitivity was acquired. Compared with the theoretical sensitivity, a sample with higher sensitivity up to –190.2 dB ref. 1V/μPa was developed. The theoretic research and experimental results indicate that the 0— 3PZT/P(VDF-TFE) piezocomposite can be used to fabricating a cylinder shear-polarized hydrophone, and the process is simple.
