摘要
警察危机公关的处置是当今警察公共关系研究中一个备受关注的新课题。警察危机公关具有危机高发性、处置难度大、负面影响深的显著特点。因此,我们必须把公共关系学的基本原理、方法与公安实践结合起来,主动采取应对策略,以有效处置警察危机公关,从而构建和谐的警民关系,重树公安队伍的良好形象。
Handling public relations in crisis of police is a most attractive new subject in the study of police public relations nowadays. The public relations in crisis of police has three characters which include occurring frequently, difficult to handle and bearing deep negative influence. So we must combine the basic principle of the science of public relations with the practice of public security work,take responding countermeasures forwardly in order to handle the public relations in crisis of police,establish the harmonious relations between the police and the public and reconstruct the image of the public security ranks.
