摘要
采用SSR分子标记的遗传分析方法,以来源于药用野生稻的高抗褐飞虱材料B5和感褐飞虱的栽培稻明恢63为亲本,其后代重组自交系(RILs)为作图群体,丰富了水稻第四染色体上的遗传连锁图谱,为抗褐飞虱基因定位奠定基础。
In this study, We conducted SSR markers based genetic analysis of B5, a wild line highly resistant to BPH and MH63, a breeding line highly susceptible to BPH. We apply their recombinant inbreds as mapping population to replenish the RFLP marker-based genetic map on the fourth chromosome of the rice so as to locate the resistant gene to BPH.
