摘要
目的:了解中等职业学校学生自杀行为的现状及其影响因素,为中等职业学校学生心理健康教育提供依据。方法:整群抽取珠海市某中等职业学校学生1794人,以不记名方式进行最近1年内关于自杀行为及其影响因素的问卷调查。结果:近1年有自杀意念的18.49%,10.89%曾有自杀计划,女生高于男生(P<0.01);连续两周感到生活无望、悲伤或抑郁的23.68%;而且,低年级男女生中有自杀意念的学生多(P<0.01);采取自杀措施但未遂的有4.49%,低年级女生自杀未遂的比例高(P<0.01)。来自农村的学生自杀行为发生率明显低于城市(P<0.01)。父亲文化程度越高学生自杀行为发生率越高,特别是男生;父母分居、离异的家庭学生自杀行为发生率高(P<0.01)。结论:当前中等职业学校学生中存在着较为严重的自杀及自杀行为问题,而且有低龄化趋势,父母的文化程度和婚姻状况对学生产生自杀行为影响很大。加强心理健康教育,减少不良社会因素对青少年身心健康的影响,特别是新生入学时的环境适应性教育,独立生活和人际沟通能力的培养等十分重要,适时进行预防自杀的行为干预也是非常必要的。
Objective:To learn about the current status and the affecting factors for the students suicidal behaviors of secondary vocational schools and provide basis for the education of mental health of students in thses schools.Method:1 794 students from a certain vocational school of Zhuhai City were sampled as a group.And anonymous questionnaires on the suicidal behaviors and their affecting factors during recent years were conducted.WTHZResult:In recent years,18.49% of them used to have suicidal thoughts and 10.89% used to have suicide plans; and the rate of female students was relatively higher than that of males(P<0.01); 23.68% of them felt hopeless, grieved or depressed for two consecutive weeks; and the rate of suicidal thoughts was higher among male and female juniors(P<0.01); 4.49% of them attempted suicidal behaviors without any success and the rate of unsuccessful attempted suicides was higher among female juniors(P<0.01). The rate of suicidal behaviors among students from the rural areas was remarkedly lower than that from urban areas (P<0.01).Conclusion:There exists a relatively severe problem of suicides and suicidal behaviors among the students of secondary vocational schools and there is a tendency of occurrence in low age group. The degree of education and marital status of the students parents have relatively greater impact on the induction of the students suicidal behaviors. Such measures like strengthening education of psychological health,reducing the influences of adverse social factors on the physical and psychological health of the young people and teenagers are of great significance, especially the adaptation education and nourishment of their abilities to lead independent lives and interpersonal communications of the freshmen at admission. It is also very necessary to have timely behavioral interventions to prevent suicides.
