摘要
利用信息生命周期管理理论探讨对数字馆藏的科学管理问题。对数字资源生命周期进行阶段划分,分析数字馆藏管理成本及其服务绩效。在此基础上,提出从技术与管理的角度制定数字馆藏的管理策略,以提高数字图书馆的服务绩效。
With the rapid development of digital collections, conflicts between the management and services have been becoming a vital problem in recent years. This paper makes a study of digital collections by using the theory of information lifecycle management (ILM). On the basis of the phase research of the lifecycle of digital resources and analyses of the management cost and service performance of digital collections, scientific management strategies for digital collections are made from the angle of technologies and technological management in order to improve the service performance in digital libraries.
