摘要
针对IGBT模块工作于大电压、大电流和高的开关频率的情况下,根据分析其过电压产生机理,采用相应的对策,设计相应电路保护IGBT安全工作。实践证明该电路能可靠有效地运行,因而具有良好的工程推广应用价值。
IGBT module can work safely under high voltage, high current and high switch frequency. On the basis of the principle that overvoltage is produced, the circuit is designed to protect IGBT. Actual application shows that the circuit can guarantee the safe effective operation of IGBT and has very high practical value.
