Application study on new method of laser precise drilling of ceramic material

摘要 激光打孔是利用激光的光学特性,通过透镜聚焦在工件上,所以加工出来的孔会有一定的锥度存在。为解决这一问题介绍了陶瓷激光精密打孔的新方法——倾斜回转法。即在激光打孔的过程中,让工件或激光切割头倾斜一定的角度,并让工件绕一固定的轴线回转,以减少孔的锥度,解决陶瓷打孔的技术难题。通过正交实验,摸索出了一套切实有效的激光打孔工艺参数,较好地解决了小孔锥度的问题,加工出了合格的陶瓷小孔样品。 Laser drilling is based on the optical characteristic of the laser and the laser beam is focused on work piece through the lens, the processed through-holes have been realized with some certain degree of the taper angle. In this paper, a new method for resolving the problem presented above is discussed. The new method——lean-revolve method is designed for the laser precise drilling of ceramic material, in which the work piece or the laser beam is inclined with some certain degree and the work piece is revolved with a fixed axes during the process of drilling, so as to lessen the taper angle of the holes processed and resolve the problem of drilling technology of ceramic material. Through the orthogonal experiment, a set of useful technique factors in laser drilling has been concluded, and it resolves the problem of taper angle preferably, so the qualified sample of ceramic holes can be processed.
