摘要
主要研究了玻璃纤维对氯丁和丁睛混合橡胶在汽油和机油中的耐腐蚀性能的影响.结果表明:玻璃纤维可提高橡胶的耐油性,并且橡胶的耐油性随着玻璃纤维含量的增加而增加.在室温下,玻璃纤维含量为15vol%的橡胶耐油腐蚀性能最好.腐蚀动力学方程符合幂函数的形式:Δm=k1tn和Δh=k2tm.
The effect of glass fiber on oil-reistant performance of the CR and NBR based mixed rubbers in engine oil and petrol was studied in this paper.Results showed that the oil-resistant property of glass fiber/tubber composites was better than the neat rubber,Moreover,the corrosion-resistant property of composite with 15vol% glass fiber was the best at room temperature.The corrosion kinetics of the two composites all accorded with power functions Δm=k_1t^n and Δh=k_2t^m.
